Ethics Compass

How the ethics compass works:

Swiss sport should put the dignity of everyone involved first. The ethics compass helps athletes, coaches and others recognize what respectful and fair behaviour looks like, understand when actions cross ethical lines, and identify whether a situation is acceptable or harmful. It also offers practical guidance and support, encouraging people not just to notice problems but to act on them.
