Call for Proposals: Help Shape the Future Identity of Swiss Cheer

Swiss Cheer Association seeks a creative partner to lead its rebranding initiative.

The Swiss Cheer Association (SCA) is inviting proposals from experienced branding professionals, graphic designers, and creative agencies to support the development of a refreshed visual and organizational identity.

As the national governing body for cheerleading in Switzerland, SCA is entering an important phase of organizational development. With a growing community of athletes, coaches, clubs, and supporters, we recognize the need for a strong, contemporary, and cohesive brand that reflects both the evolution of our sport and our ambitions for the future.

We are looking for a creative partner who can help us translate our vision, values, and identity into a distinctive and recognizable brand.

About the Project

This rebranding initiative is part of SCA’s broader commitment to strengthening its organizational foundations, enhancing its visibility, and supporting the continued development of cheerleading throughout Switzerland.

The project aims to establish a unified brand identity that reflects the athleticism, energy, inclusivity, and professionalism of Swiss cheerleading while celebrating the diversity of our national community.

We are seeking a contractor or agency with expertise in brand strategy, visual identity development, and graphic design who can bring both creative vision and a collaborative approach to the project.

Who Should Apply?

We welcome proposals from independent professionals, design studios, and creative agencies with demonstrated experience in branding and visual identity projects.

Ideal candidates will bring:

• Experience developing brand identities and visual communication systems.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, originality, and strategic thinking.
• An understanding of branding for sports organizations, associations, or community-driven initiatives.
• The ability to engage with stakeholders and translate organizational values into compelling design solutions.
• A collaborative, professional approach to project management and delivery.

Experience working within Switzerland’s multilingual environment or with national sporting organizations is an advantage.
